When a server is refunded here at the site, it is credited back to the account and can not be transferred out.
I would contact Support again for alternative solutions.
Along a similar thought, if I wanted to switch my servers from PS4 to Xbox is that possible or would I have to purchase all new servers?
ReikoSetsuna yes you would have to purchase two separate servers as switching to an xbox server isn't possible.
