There is no up and down arrow to upgrade slots, I've tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app, still no luck. I'm literally at capacity and some of my old players can't get in, has anyone got a fix for this, I've tried contacting nitrado but have no luck with that since its the holidays. Please let me know if you have a fix I want to spend more money here haha.

Have you tried doing it with the shut shut off. Once it's offline there should be the icon to upgrade the slots

make sure you have automatic renewal disabled to be able to change the number of slots.

Currently have a ticket open for the exact same issue. No up/down, tried with server on, server off, from xbox app, and from microsoft store app. Also noticed it was weird I canNOT disable the automatic renewal.

Try disabling the autorenew from a web browser. You will not be able to change slots until the renew is disabled.
