Users cannot connect to server

Greetings!

I cannot get players to connect, have tried numerous configurations including the default, both intitially and after reinstall and always get "session lost." At first I was getting a battleye DestroyPlayer error, tried disabling battleye in server.cfg and a few other things. With battleye disabled I didn't receive that error but still get session lost.

I'm not sure if this could be related to the ports being used, but that doesn't seem like something I can change. Anywho, I'm not sure what can be done from my end since even the default settings and such don't seem to work. Please advise.

Oof....why are the other AL servers working ok? Has it been down at nitrado since the 1.90 update? That's a bit rough......

You can "temporally fix"(quoted marked because it's been a while...) using :

verifySignatures=0

Thats very insecure... but u server will work, i'm quitting Nitrado...

Yeah I don't want to do that.... They just realeased an update but now the Arma installation is basically empty. Nothing in Add-ons folder. Can I get a refund??? I've spent a good chunk of money and not been able to use the service I purchased at all.
