Transfer to a different Data Center

    You should be able to transfer the server on your own to a new location. The data should stay, but a restart of the server is obviously necessary. (Im sure, they will only transfer the userdata / savegames and not all the default serverfiles) Im not sure if you will keep the same IP, you might want to contact the support for this information.

    Anyways, it is a computer and there can always be an error so make sure to save the files you want to keep in case something goes wrong.

    Yes, to be safe you should contact Support being you did not include what game. I know with ARK when I personally moved DC's the data moved, but the backups started over. The IP will change. For atlas in the past when I moved DC the data was wiped.
