Disconnection after 2 hours of game [2 players on server]

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient.     Hello all,


    I would like to know if someone have the same issue than me. I've been playing with a friend for two hours on our server with no problem.
    After that, we have some lag / rollback and after, we have been disconnected... When we login back on the server, we can play 2 min and another disconnection.

    I don't where to see what happen :(


    Do you have any issue on the plateform ? (around 19h30 CET)

    Thanks a lot for fast reply. I just take a look in saved log. I see my friend & I connect and 2 minutes later, a close connection. No error seems to be up.

    I will just contact your support asap.
