I tried several hours of online fixes to try and join my NA Crossplay Island server on Ark. It kept goving me the error, "Login failed: could not retrieve address." I could login to xbox only and EU Crossplay servers no problem. I had the same issue on other maps, not just The Island.
My xbox buddy had the same issue but our PC friend got onto the server no issue.
Please fix.
