Server will not complete restart

    Hello, I am having issues with the server starting/shutting down. If I force stop, the web interface says it successfully stopped. But friends will still be in server and it never goes down.

    If I restart server, the restart will never go through. I have went through this process around a dozen times since last night, there are no errors in the log files showing for any of the attempts.

    I recently tried to restore from a backup, but it also just hangs at the 'The server will now restart...' message.


    Is there anything else I can try besides making a support ticket?

    That's what I was afraid of. I also attempted a backup from 24hours ago, but restart still did not go through. Ticket has been submitted.
