STILL cannot create replies in the Satisfactory forum

I received this reply from a moderator:

"Probably some old posts that were moved to a general category, but a new category has since been created.

We are happy to move any of the old ones."

This is incorrect. No posts can be created in the Satisfactory forum. No posts can be replied to either (probably because EVERY single post in that forum has been moved there?)

What gives? This is very shady... Given that I also asked about the ETA for server mods and was given a complete blow off of "it will be available within 72 hours of when we are done adding it" I am getting closer to seeking a refund. This is not a good first experience with Nitrado.

The latest post could be solved for that customer with a simple reply of "restart your server" which I would have done as a helpful tip... but I can't, and your support team hasn't taken care of it either. Not a good look.

Thank you for the prompt reply, unfortunately, that is a deal-breaker. I will go and request a refund immediately. A general ETA is important as several competitors have already launched with mod support.
