No Nether Structures in World [1.18]

    i3Nde3wWe have noticed, that there are no generated structures in our nether.
    We started in Map in 1.18-pre6 and have now migrated it to 1.18.
    I have deleted the DIM-1 Folder multiple times in hope of getting structures to spawn.
    What am I doing wrong? We cant progress without the Nether.
