I am not sure why my server would be banned after only 5days of uptime. to me this is an waste of money to you guys. I only have 8 slots available, so it was not like i had a lot of people on t he server. PLease look into this issue asap. i dont think i would recommend this hosting site to anyone if issue can not be resolved soon.

Further information for my server being banned, the server is a private, 8 slot server, locked with a password.
oh and as of 17:18 its still showing as 'banned'.
We're getting the same thing on our server. I've contacted support, but just wondering if any of you who initially experienced the issue have a resolution?
I just found out my server got banned as well with no appearent reason. I can't see anything on the Web interface but the server is banned according to an ingame message. I've send a message to Nitrado support, hope it'll resolve itself. Waste of money otherwise.

kinda pissed because i had a minor twitch streamer on for a few days, and it was pulling in punters
And well another one here just up for 24 hrs and it was banned server can join multiple friends servers work just fine i was just getting mine ready and it did as well ban ip,
also sent in a request hoping for anything in response all i got was we are aware of the situation please be patient.
got an email from nitrado support.
"We have applied some changes to your server's backend to fix the issue. As a result, your game server's IP address and/or port number may have changed.
Please let us know how your server is performing now."
Well let me tell you, server doesn't show up in server lists.
Direct IP address, still shows as banned.
If you all are still having this problem, keep raising tickets, keep pushing.
If they don't fix it they are going to loose a fair few customers.
I've been a Nitrado customer for 2 weeks now. So I'm leaving here!
