I have bought many servers in the past and I never had issues with custom drops not working, player stats not working, and dino stats not working. I'm not sure how to fix it. I bought this server two days ago.. so playtime days wasted. If I post my server settings could you help me out with it? I have googled everywhere for help but I dont think people have been having the same issues as me. I have waited a day to start up the server with the settings, so time and restart time is not an issue.

You do have to have the server offline to make the changes, then save, then restart. Have you been doing that?
Also have you tried the server without making the changes to see if the servers works?
Maybe try a reinstall, test, then recode, then test.
