Since I built the Genesis server yesterday, I can't use the HLN-A teleport function in the game.
Reinstalled the game to the server.
Restarted the server.
Re-created the character.
I've tried all of these, but to no avail.
HLN-A's teleport function is not working.

Did you check the official Survive The Ark Support Forums? That is the place to report game bugs.

I have the same issue. On the ARK website I noticed that they seem to have fixed the issue for server patch v695.17, however, mine seems to still runs on v695.13 so I need to wait till that is updated.
