I have uploaded my world that I was playing with my friends. I believe I did everything correctly, although there wasn't much guidance here. However, I can't join the server, I am stuck on "creating player" stage.

I have the same issue.
After rebooting took 'forever' (approx 1 hour), i first couldn't connect to the server. In game it would tell me the server could not be reached.
Reinstall, did not change any settings to see if i destroyed something in the settings, and again waiting for ages -> I'm stuck in the loading screen "creating player".
I read restarting the server could solve the issue, so i give it a shot. And... nothing. Except waiting endlessly for the server to restart. Dashboard tells me server is busy restarting. After a while i get the options to "Force Start" or "Force Stop".
Welp, i wait a while, try to Force Start,.. wait... nothing.
I decided to Force Stop, which actually worked, after a while, and am now trying to reinstall and see if anything changed.
I also created a ticket, and i would suggest you do the same.
I am no expert, but after some superficial google usage i think it might be possible that the server is out of space..
The dashboard logs had some file with content:
"Win32 IO returned 112",....
Anybody any idea?

After reinstall at 10:25 i get:

How do I access my submitted ticket?
So after creating a ticket i reinstalled a few times and it finally worked.
However after a few hours my ticket was resolved with the information: "We transferred your game to another server"
And it still works.
1. Login to nitrado -> don't go to web interface
2. on the left side there is a vertical menu (free translation by myself, since it's german for me) "My Services, Parent control, my account,... "
--> There should be a menu item called something like "my support requests", right below "my account"
There you should see your submitted ticket and it's status.
