Cannot find game server

As the title states I cannot find my server after 12 hours or so of purchasing and setting up my server. I have received the confirmation email in regards to my server being up and running, the server manager shows that it is online and yet... Nothing.
Perhaps I had overlooked a detail before I committed to the decision to buy the server and I will ask here:
Am I unable to locate my own server due to the fact that I am running my game through the Xbox PC Gamepass? Is there something I am missing? Help would be appreciated...

if you received the payment confirmation, I suggest you contact the support team to see what is going on with the server.
