Server not running properly. Boxes and items disappearing.

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    All the boxes, beds, tables basically any player made structures are just vanishing. Sometimes while players are offline and sometimes while they are still logged in. One player made five boxes and walked around a small area and returned to his base. All five boxes and items inside were gone. I put a ticket in and was advised this is a known issue and I should just revert to a saved back up.. but if that doesn't work then the data is just gone. No real suggestions, no "We are working on it". This is happening EVERY day. I'm losing my players and unless I receive better customer service will be forced to go somewhere else.


    I also saw a forum thread mentioning this same problem and a MOD closed the thread without a single response. Any help would be appreciated.
