Hello, I created a server last night and since its creation the server only restart or stop without asking anything every 30 seconds and it is not displayed

You need to display the restart warnings with the messages.xml if you are on console.

i think on PC you can just type the restart warning in the "message" line at the Automated-Tasks page.
