Keep getting the Hotsystem error

you arent the only one over the last 2-3 days , its almost been impossible to access server files to the point where im considering asking for a refund, have submitted a ticket or 2 but still no resolution.

I myself have not had issues with the site/servers for weeks/months and I access my server daily. Usually they self clear.
