how do i upload a different version of forge

I'm lost in an ocean with a broken paddle. if someone could show me or send a video link on how to that would be great.

solved found the answer in a fabric thread install the forge you want in the same place as the forge in the server files, rename the forge you want the same as the old one then delete the old one run server
