Files loaded with FTP don't appear in web interface

Files that are uploaded by using FTP don't appear in the server interface, so I'm stuck with slow and tedious web interface uploads. Uploading a map takes forever this way.

Any ideas how to fix?

Found the answer from another topic. The server is supposed to be offline(the main server) and then it finds the uploaded mods and savegames after starting it again.
