So a few buddies and i have a few servers connected with each other, we been playing on them for a few months now.. but now we r getting "Join Fail cant Retrieve Address" anyone know how to fix this?

same problem here on Xbox Gamepass for PC and Nitrado Server. Official Server doenst work either.
joining on the xbox does work, just pc doesnt -

Yeah getting the same issue aswell been trying to get on my server with my mate but getting the cant retrive access so not sure whats going on but hopefully they will sort it out soon i wanna play ark!!

I am currently getting the "could not retrieve address" error on my Ark XBOX server. I have a few who can get in and a couple who cant. I have reset everything that can be reset. Looking for info on a fix.

As per Wildcard
"Today at 2:25 PMThe connection issues affecting the XBOX Official Network have been fixed. We will continue to monitor for further interruptions. @XBOX/Win10"
If you are still having issues related to this event today please reboot the server.
If that does not work, please contact Nitrado Support by submitting a ticket or calling them.

Still getting the same "could not retrieve address" error when trying to connect to server. I have rebooted the server multiple times following wildcard confirming they have fixed the official server network issue and i can connect to an official server fine but still cannot connect to he unofficial server. I have submitted a support ticket but thought i would post as i cannot connect any unofficial servers which i assume are mostly Nitrado hosted.
