I have same problem. I try "restore server" to before rollback time and restore latest database. Its not 100% return but this is the best way I have.

Since before patch 0.6 update I have been having problems. Player's missing, missing character, no notification Got some help that can fix my problem. Until patch 0.6 update, I can't create new characters. If the problem is this big, I want a refund.
