Might not have been a click, but information registered either using the Expert Settings or the Engine Settings.

Sorry to chime in on this after already replied. I was on vac.
This issue has been reported before and this is the recommendation from the Dev from SurviveTheArk Support Forums:
"restore from a previous backup prior to the update".
When updates are released, sometimes that can cause this. I am assuming you made no other manual ini changes to player levels.
