I tried changing the port in battleye config, but Nitrado then set the game port to the same....... BUT there's a hidden config somewhere, you can change ports all you like, but you're still stuck to the original assigned port.
It is a major frustration because I can no longer warn players of server restarts or communicate with players via rcon/dart.
I've got an FTP script set up to keep mods updated automatically and I can upload a file called "restart" to force a restart, but the server gives players no warning.
I understand we are still working on a proper solution for this.

why dont you just set gameport + 3 by default, that would work, or am i missing something?
If my gameport is 13000, i would need port 13003 for rcon query as recommended here: BattlEye RCon | CFTools Cloud Knowledgebase
the user does not need an option to edit ports, it just needs to be set correctly at deployment atleast.
waiting for the solution, cant manage the server via cftools
This is becoming a big problem now, i'm constantly having to explain to players why the server doesn't warn them about restarts.
Waiting to for it, just stop the Server from overwriting the battleye configs, then we can edit the port on our own!

This is ridiculous. The RCon issue is still not fixed. Other hosters fixed the problem within a few hours of the problem.

IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! SINCE YOU REPLIED TO THIS TOPIC!
Yes, this is making me want to move to a different company for hosting my server. If it's not fixed like other hosting providers have used workarounds and give access to things Nitrado does not. I will be switching to a much more robust hosting provider for this game. I got three months to go and wish I didn't get a server here. I wish I knew this wasn't a problem. RCON ACCESS IS A MUST FOR A SERVER ADMIN AND THIS GAME! Not having this is a big downfall. If this was fixed I'd rent 5 more servers from them.
