so i bought the ark pc, hopin tht means xbox for it show no selection for it. So i got everything set and the server will start and i cant see find it, mind u i have renamed it and password, so i cant miss it o and the map is crystal isle....help been messin with for like 4 hours

For xbox servers you must purchase the server on the nitrado app on your xbox one. You cannot purchase either pc server via the website as this is for steam/epic versions only

Hi, I just got the same thing, through the Windows Store. Server is running, but I cant find it. Even renaming it and reinstalling it made no difference. Does it take some time to appear in the list?

Sorry that you are having issues.
If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:
(1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.
(2) Check out the server logs. If you see crashstack, that more likely is a corrupted gamefile. It happens with ARK. Sadly the resolution is to rollback to the last known saved file. And no way knowing which one is bad. Some folks that do not feel comfortable trying this- you can contact Support.
(3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall.
(4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. If you already have please continue to be patient. We are unable to assist you here in the forums.

Hello,
I went for option (5) give it some time. I left it for 30 mins and presto!
Its now working... I think there is something dodgy about how the game gets its server lists.... as that list disappeared every so often when refreshing.
All is good now, thanks DOAGENTanthius
