This is a bit different than my PC servers.. For Xbox/Win 10 servers, I'm not having an option to transfer to another server at the obelisk like I do on my PC cluster. Only option is to upload for my Xbox cluster. Is that just the way it is? CrossARK is enabled with cluster keys in place.

Clustering for console is the same as PC. Need the clusterID and certain things checked in the menu to enable like character transfer.
And you are not able to cluster a console with pc server. If you have 2 XBox servers and one is not allowing to travel its either not set up correctly or WC has CA disable for some servers atm.

These are 2 Xbox servers that allows Windows 10 crossplay. CrossARK is enabled on both servers. Cluster IDs are in place, generated from the main server.
How does WC have any say on what is active or not on a private paid server cluster?
This isn't my first time setting CrossARK up... it should work just like my other clusters I've had for 2 years.
I'll regenerate a Cluster ID and restart... that's ARK for you.

Thanks for the clarification that you are running CrossPlay which as you stated would work.
And yes, WC can disable CA anytime. They have done it several times over the years. They do it to help lower network traffic, patches and DLCs.
