Server Restart and Roll Back

I tried to rollback my private server to a previous backup twice and neither time did it roll back, this time it’s just stuck saying it’s restarting but I can still access the server, could I get a potential fix for both of these?

If that's the case, you might need to try a previous backup.

If you have questions about why the backup might've not worked or which backup would it be best to restore, contact Support, they will be able to assist accordingly.

The backup is more a secondary issue, I’m not as fussed about that. It’s the restart loop, my app and web interface say it’s restarting but I can play on the server, I have no idea what to do

(Even though I can play I still have some stuff I’d like to do on the web interface for gameplay but I can’t at the moment)
