Summer Event

Im a bit new to Nitrado so bare with me. The summer event is live on official, i have all of my servers set to easter (for the colors) except my event server. Ive turned it off, set the event to current official event, turned it back on. When i log in it doesnt seem active. I look in a cooking pot and i see nothing. Is anyone else having troubles?

EDIT: after a bit a reading it seems I might have to wait for Nitrado to update? is this correct? not a problem if so i just want to make sure im not doing something wrong.

Not sure with PS4/XBox. On PC I simply changed the server event in the webUI, saved, restarted. You could give Nitrado Support a quick call.

Also make sure your server is on the latest release. ps4_536.01

Yeah they are still running 536.0.

Updates from my understanding were rolled out last night. PC did.

Try doing a reboot and see if it takes. If it does not, you can contact Nitrado Support.

Im just being patient for a bit. They looked like they were updating for a bit. Then they were all up but the version didnt update so im just gonna wait a bit and if they dont get fixed after a few hours ill post a ticket.

Legit. Same is happening to me, I'm not sure why, but I'm still on the previous build of ARK. I've heard there is heaps of others experiencing the exact same issue, don't think it's just an individual problem, I've been sitting on it patiently. I'll give it a bit, but then I'll get a ticket.
Wanted to at least let you know that you aren't the only one, DubTSmoke.

Yeah, does suck a heap, to be honest! I've heard nothing further as of yet, been looking constantly to see if anything has changed.

I tried something it worked, something they already suggest, try taking server down for like 5 minutes, after the 5 minutes turn it back on. Worked for me.
