Hello how to create a server ark ps4 store by a pc by myself , i have try but i have create a server steam and is not comptible

Not able to.
PC Steam can play on Steam/PC Servers.
PC Epic can play on Steam/PC Servers when EPIC + Steam enabled on server.
PC/Window10 can play on Xbox Servers through the MS app on the PC when CrossPlay enabled.
PS4 only has PS4 servers.

Are you referring to ARK CrossARK? This allows multiple ARK PS4 servers to connect so players can transfer dinos, items and character around.

A PC Player can not play on a PS4 server.

In reference to your server question, you will need to contact the Devs at WC and ask them.
Any slot server you can only play 1 map at a time. 10 slots means you can have 10 people connect.
Note: Genesis 2 map/servers has a minimum of 16 slots.
