    I tried to get help from support but say I will refrain from commenting.


    Here is the situation:


    I am on Xbox, my server shows '' Suspended '' for the IP and I would like to reactivate it and not lose my game. I am told that it can be activated on the side from the xbox platform, but I cannot find any information on the internet of how to do this ... Could a generous person here help me?

    You can extend it trough the MS store app from nitrado, the same way you bought it, just make sure not to buy a new server.


    You can not extend servers bought trough the MS store here on the nitrado site. (it's a restriction from microsoft)
