What’s up is Nitrado down? Not my server or any others is coming up but I do see official servers are unaffected.
so Im able to locate server and put the password in, but its giving me the message "Could Not Retrieve Address." Any help is appreciated.
Trying to start my server but it never seems to start. It just loads continuously. The server has been stopped for about 2 days. Is this happening to anyone else?
Edit: The server is now up and running.
If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:
(1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.
(2) Check your filters in searching. Use unofficial and mark sure you have password filtered out if you are not using a password.
(3) Check out the server logs. If you see crashstack, that more likely is a corrupted gamefile. It happens with ARK. Sadly the resolution is to rollback to the last known saved file. And no way knowing which one is bad. Some folks that do not feel comfortable trying this- you can contact Support. They more than likely will suggest the same. OR have they might find something else.
(4) If this is a new server, try a reinstall.
(5) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. If you already have please continue to be patient. We are unable to assist you here in the forums.

I rented an ark server a short time ago and I have not been able to play it at all because I keep getting the ‘Could not retrieve address’ error. I am able to hop on other servers however. I just can’t enter my own. Please help
so my server just kicked me out and now it's stuck on the restarting anyone have any ideas on what to do?
