it's a version mismatch, most private servers are at 330.8 right now and they need to be at 331.1 nitrado pushes updates to your server whenever they want to/can do it so all you can do it wait or poke them, but it probably won't make them go faster. my server has the same issues right now

It's really sucky! I hope it updates soon, i've tried restarting the server just in case there was anything pending. ME and my friends have just realised that if you set Steam to update on launch of the game, then, use the shootergame.exe to load and bypass steam, then you can at least play the game without the update until your server updates, so we're going to try that for future. -
Seriously? There is no way to push an update to the server yourself? I use GeForce Now from a laptop. The client is always updated no one can get on the server because it is at the wrong version. I thought maybe I was missing the update feature but never found it and then found this thread. I do not like this. How can you push an update to the server. Command line on the server interface available?

That will be the last month for me with nitrado. I figured Nitrado would have been better than the other companies i'd tried in the past, seems to be just the same really.

My server dashboard has this notification:
"The Nitrado team is investigating reports that a current game update is missing on some servers. A solution is already being worked on."
So at least they are aware of the issue.

That's good to know! I just saw the message myself, at least i know it's an issue now and they'll sort it, it's a shame we just didn't hear anything for a bit.

At least they will send an email when it is resolved. I got this server cause it had some backing from the Froggy Mod. I am not so sure anymore.

That will be the last month for me with nitrado. I've had 3 or 4 different server hosts for Ark and other games over the years. I always end up back here in the end. Nobody else has forums that are active with responses and Nitrado has the best UI for server management, mods and options. All of them take time to roll updates out, so it's not exclusive to Nitrado. I'd lay more blame on WC for pushing patches out multiple times a week instead of say once every week or two all at once. it's a double edged sword sometimes.

My server wont "start" i mean i cant connect to it or anything. It says its running and the new gen2 map is selected, also have the minimum requirements for it (16slots). Any ideas?

my server looks to be stuck on update i have the option to force stop or start but will it mess up the update how long should it take
update it took about 40 min from start to finish and looks to be back i will try in a min
