On their FAQ site they say that it can take from 2-3 hours. Its been over 3 hours now :). Hate to pay for a service i cant use

Why cant we get the new updates for ark at the same time as everyone else ? You are the official hosts for Wildcards servers. Its frustrating to wait for the updates every time. Please make it so we can get the updates at the same time as every other hosting site..

Same issue here, tho it updated on the Dashboard, the old version doesn't show anymore, it's just black under the IP Address and Last game update, so they could be working on it now?
Nope - it always takes a few minutes for the server version to populate on the dashboard...

As an OFFICIAL server host provider for WC, this is unacceptable. Other providers got the update instantly. There is no excuse for this to be happening, and without notice.

OMG.. I didn't get to do a local backup of my servers to my computer before they did this. Files on their side disappear from time to time for no reason.

so fixed within 2-3 hours? it's been 3 days and still missing

Servers back up and logged in to an army of tames, but no walls in the base. Looks like I'm now waiting on S+ updating their mod before I can continue.
