I think it can be fixed today.
Wildcard are the people who put out the update for ark
Problem seems to be that Nitrado hasn't updated their servers
So the problem seems to be on Nitrado side.
Once they implement the update we can restart our servers. -

Even if we had a "Server Version Update Available" somewhere in the control panel to let us know.

I always thought it strange that Nitrado is also the host for the official servers, yet seems to lag behind on getting dedicated servers updated.

Like I mentioned above... other server providers get the push instantly. Seems like Nitrado, having a direct link with WC as official server hosts for them we wouldn't have this issue.

I opened a ticket. Everybody should do the same (without abuse). If nobody says anything, they'll think that it doesn't bother anyone

I didn't call - I sent out support ticket.

One thing I've learned about tickets - they really don't bother with them in any kind of timely fashion...... 2nd tier support here is beyond terrible.
I checked my tickets yesterday and I have several going back years which have never been answered....
Now the guys who man the call centre (especially the US guys - are always very good) Just a shame they can only do so much before having to create a ticket.

One thing I've learned about tickets - they really don't bother with them in any kind of timely fashion...... 2nd tier support here is beyond terrible.
This is sadly true, and my experience with support tickets lately has been much more disappointing than usual. Had to bounce messages back and forth multiple times over the past few days just to get a support individual that would actually take 30 seconds to read my request and see what the issue I was having was. Prior to that I got three.. THREE.. replies with copy-paste solutions to problems I wasn't even having.
Anyways, back on subject.... I too am facing the "unable to query.." issue on multiple servers. Hopefully they get the update pushed through quickly. -
Same issue here, tho it updated on the Dashboard, the old version doesn't show anymore, it's just black under the IP Address and Last game update, so they could be working on it now?

I really really enjoy spending money on 16 slot ps4 server just for it not to show up and spend hours wasting my time trying all the possible ways to fix it.

Just did a server restart on one of my servers.... no update yet.

Wildcard released a new update, wich the nitrado servers have not recieved yet. So your game is running on a newer update and therefor cant find your server.

Every since setting up yesterday Ive been getting Not Responding errors when connecting direct and it wont show up for my players to connect and now today server is down saying Network issues / Query problems.

Im also having not responding issues since purchasing and started up my server, that is different from query issue.
