I'm Coeur De Lune, i'm 24 years old and i've bought a server some week ago. I was playing in crystal isle and extinction with some specials parameters. For example, i turn the drop quality into 2.5, and it's was working. But now, i've change the map, and i'm playing on the island. But i've a problem ! The airdrop quality are very very bad ! Only greys blueprints / stuffs, i tried restart the server lot of time, but it's never worked. Please help meeeee 
Test with Vanilla settings.
A 2.5 loot drop is not the same as another map with 2.5.
You have to test and see what ones work for you if you stay at vanilla (default) or you need to use like beacons or custom the ini file yourself to change it. theIsland I have always had to raise it pretty high. That is a very old map hence why I think this is the case for this map.
I tried to change into 1000 but it's didn't work 
and when i use the game.ini, how can i add more than 1 command pls ? i need use dot, or ( or / ? please thank's. For example :
i've added this :
bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=true
If i ant add one more, i need tip this ?
bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=true/
or
bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=true.

This command is nothing related to the drops. This command unlocks your engrams as you level up instead of you selecting them.
And the top one is the right one, never need . or /

Make sure the server is offline for at least 5min. Make your change in the game.ini, save, then restart.
I dont use Expert settings myself at all. I use the default WebUI for the basic settings, then go to Engine Settings in the WebUI, towards the bottom and add the code. That is the game.ini.
And if that does not work for me, I use FTP and edit in notepad++
Since you are console you do not have the FTP access part.
