My new server won’t connect

I today about 4 hours ago purchased a G2 server the ping is still 9999 and it will not connect me to the server any suggestions?? I have already attempted to reatart/ stop&start.

If it's still not working I'd recommend reaching out to the Nitrado support: NITRADO

I too am having this problem and resetting and changing the files do nothing even when resetting everything and having the base settings it won't connect (16 player server btw). still after thee hours.
