Multiple Gen2 Issues after update: freezes, cant see, error, lagging, restarting, not updating, spinning.

A patch has been out for almost a day, it's just still not been applied to our servers

Yeah I noticed that. In the update they have nerfed the power punch so it no longer damages. You only get the animation

I'm sorry youre having the cannot retrieve address error. I see you've tried restarting the server have you tried a server reinstall as well? If so the best thing would be to send a support ticket and have support take a look at the server.

Have you tried a server reinstall? This will reset your setting but may let you connect after the install finishes. I would try to connect to server with vanilla settings to make sure you're able to connect ok as well.

I'm sorry youre having issues. Most tickets are answered within 24 hours but may take longer if there are a lot of tickets in the queue.

How many slots is your server as well?

Yeah I tried that still nothing. Still saying Connection timed out when I try to log on.

Does anyone know how to repair the server if it is up on the server side but can't connect (lost host)? I have 16 slots and more Ram and I changed the language and reset many times but it didn't help, I wrote to help but I didn't get a reply and I would like to finally be able to play with my friends.

Dealing with the same thing. I am not reinstalling a server that is fully lived on by players, that have structures and tames on it. I submitted a ticket.

Paid for a 50 slot map for gen 2. At 25-26 players server lags hard constantly and crashes frequently. Looked at cpu and mem usage on dashboard and it maxes them out. I pay for a 50 slot and it cannot support 50 slots. I feel beyond scammed. Anyone else have this issue?

Small update: At 22 players cpu is at 95% used. Seriously... wtf nitrado.

our server is not allowing access. When we try to log in, it hangs up on the password input. We get a connection timed out error every time. Nitrado shows server as started.

Xbox here, one out of ten of our servers won't allow anyone to join. I've restarted, rolled back. I will not reinstall. People are established and I'm not gonna wipe it.

Same is happening to all Nitrado servers guys , I'm fed up and requesting a refund myself after they even changed our servers "machine" and still the same issues day in day out , I'm done with Nitrado and won't be coming back

Since 23:30 at night, Spanish time, our server does not start.

Every since the recent update our 16 slot Genesis 2 server has been stuck restarting and we haven't been able to get it to come online.

Same here i just want to play gen 2 i paid the extra to play it and it stopped working immediately

Ark server is stuck on restart I’ve put in a support ticket I’m pretty sure. I can’t activate my account because google is trash so I can’t see or check anything I also can’t change the email to the account cause for some reason someone decided that you need to active the account that’s connected already to be able to change emails of the account so should I just keep waiting and hopefully it will start or should I make a new account and buy a new server?
