Correct:

If your XBox server is set to auto renew, you will not be able to change slots. You have to disable that first.

You do this through your Microsoft Subscriptions. Nitrado Support can assist through the ticket, but even that will take longer.

Try MS first.

Q: Will we be able to cluster smaller 10 slot map servers with the "16 slot minimum" Gen2 server?

A: I see no reason why it wouldnt allow that. Note though: when a new DLC is released the Devs/WC typically blocks CA at first as things roll out.

LAST UPDATE:

Nitrado servers will slowly be updated. This is a major update.

You will see "GEN2" as an option in the Map/DLC options. Change map to that, save, then restart. NOTE: make a manual backup for PC servers in case. Also for ALL platforms use the "Configuration Profiles" as that will take a copy of your ini's

In about 20m "force reboot/shutdown" will appear. Dont click on that yet. Wait. It could be >30m. Just be patient and wait. Average seems to be ~1hr.

Not sure if related. But typically when a new DLC is released CA is not enabled through the game itself until bugs are ironed out. and when someone attempts it, it may corrupt the player file. I would try rebooting the server. If that fails, then a recovery backup.

Correct. CA is not available for Gen2 currently. WC typically blocks this until the game settles down.

You might want to go to the WC forums and see if they have any additional info. Typical its a few weeks after a DLC is released.
