not white list my server because new account

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient.     forgot password and email and everything so i cant white list my new minecraft account whos name is "xxxx" and IP to minecraft server is XXXX so i hoped a mod or someone can white list me on my server thanks

    Please contact Nitrado Support. There may be your account to be restored.

    For one thing, here we are a community forum and have no access to your Nitrado server and furthermore, it is not easy to add a player to a server.

    Imagine you have a server and someone else is turning to a forum or support and the player will be added without your permission. We have no proof that you are the owner of the server.
