Accidentally bought ark server for PC instead of Xbox

Dear forum members,

    I have just purchased an ark server hoping it would allow me and my friend to play between xbox and the microsoft edition of the computer, however I believe I purchased the server solely for the steam and epic games editions. Is there anyway for me to switch or refund my server, so I can get the proper serve?

    Thank you for your purchase with Nitrado.

    Unfortunately us Moderators in the forums are not able to take care of this. If you contact Nitrado Support either with a ticket or calling them they should be able to refund your PC server, then you would need to go get the Xbox server with the App. I am not sure if it is credited to account or the CC. Only they can answer you.
