Server time out after that some player get naked and player who get naked "lost all of item and gender has changed all skill are random can't do anything to any object if player create new character they will can't join the server by Database operation failed"
so i contact the support team with skype they changed my IP and port but the problem isn't fix!!! and after that ma server be like this!!
I am not fixed by support. And I won't wait, I will cancel the service and ask for a refund.
I had this problem too. Without knowing why And get the answer, just let me wait patiently I rented this server for 30 days but I can only use it for 3 days. And found this problem Now I feel like canceling the service.
