Server still to be updated from "Trade winds update" any reason?

There was a post in 2019 with a similar question about how Atlas server updates are handled. They responded "Updates are always done by our System or from our side"(reference: How do i update my Atlas server?)
It would be nice to know what kind of timing we're looking at. I've updated my custom map images to png files using the new server grid editor, like their previous post said to do, but currently it is still only allowing the upload of jpg files.

Check now it seems mine just updated after restarting the atlas every like 45 mins

Server is working but not allowing me to upload the new map images and current jpg files are not showing up. Maps are blank. Hopefully this will get sorted before we decide to travel but I suppose we can do it Stranded Deep style until then.

You can just upload the files as png. The interface doesn't check what file you upload.
Though I can confirm it doesn't show in the webinterface for now. Though I'm sure that'll get sorted first thing Monday!

I tried this but it when I click on the png files it just closes the upload box and doesn't do anything and when I click on the old jpg it would upload. Not sure if this is and Xbox server versus PC server issue.

Oh yeah. I was testing this on the Windows Webinterface.
Btw you can still log in on your computer and use the webinterface like that.

I am using the web interface since I had to use my computer to create a custom map but I'm still unable to upload at this time. Is your server for Xbox?

Can confirm -- web interface refuses to upload the .png. Tried with the .jpg and that worked just fine. Nitrado needs to get on this and stop wasting our time and money. Getting frustrated.

Its kinda hard for people to play the game when they die you can choose a bed to spawn on because it will dc you and you cant see the map. Theres a work around for pc players to see they map but the trade winds cant be used unless correct map images are uploaded. When is nitrado going to get this fix make it hard to run a server when half of it only works

Yea good luck with that. Been on and off the phone/ticket support with nitrado since the update dropped and theres still not even an ETA. i have a 36 grid atlas server and the only respose i have gotten is and i quote word for word. "This issue is our top priority but we are unsure how long it will take"
36 grids/servers down for 4 days and the "sorry" they offered was a 1 day boost.Really starting to lose faith in nitrado. Not even willing to offer the downtime of servers.

You would think with the amount of money we spend on their servers they would at least be offering a ROUGH ESTIMATE on how long it may take. Instead ive got my 200+ community members asking me every 2-3 hours for an update. If they would just man the f*#* up and say "we dont know what were doing but are trying. We will hopefully have the servers back up by next weekend.
Though thats a long time frame it would still be so much better than, "were working on it but cant tell you anything" -
Yeah, Why can’t Nitrado keeps their clients like us up to speed on what we should be expecting. Let us know is it days, weeks months or we are clueless.

Yup, I wish we had competition instead of this monopoly. I am 1 to 5 on ever getting anything resolved with Nitrado.

if you have pc players there is a work around for them but xbox players are pretty screwed
