Hi is it possible to move my servers from Nitrado to other server provider ? Do i need to download all save files to do that ?

i did it yesterday 9am gmt still no answer .my f.... server is down for 2 days now . no help nothing . 2 days of runtime gone . players left do to wipe . nice one

Well, it was a weekend.
And they do have a number available to call.
I suspect your server just has an issue. Ive used Nitrado servers for nearly 3yrs with near zero problems.
