Ark cluster server troubleshoot

hello i am the server admin for a small pvp server on ragnarok and i have been trying to cluster with a crystal isles server i have cross ark enabled and the server id's are the same i have reset both servers at the smae time to make sure they are both loading all the settengs at the same time.

i have the option to go to another server when in the obelisk menu but 0 servers show up i tried restarting servers again and changing the crystal isles server name and double and tripple checking the cluster id is identical.

i know the other server shows up on the load menue but i obviously need to go to the map from the ragnarok map.

any ideas or tips?

how do i make sure the servers are in the same location i didnt see an option for that

okay it turns out i did everything right and was just impatient when checking the in game menu it took a few minutes to load after showing 0 servers available. thank you though!
