I made a mistake while trying to set up my Xbox Ark Servers and put £25 onto my Charge Account only to discover I cant use it to Buy or Boost my Xbox Servers.
I put a support ticket in over a week ago and was assured that my ticket would be forwarded to Accounts for a refund (! plan on using the money straight back to buy another server and boost the ones I have)
I have now had no response to my ticket for 5 days even though I posted twice wanting confirmation that the refund was going ahead. I now have £25 in my Charge Account I can not use and Im getting no information at all about it
