Unfortunately, the Query port seems not to be working for all Servers, This is something that's already being investigated, unfortunately, it does not seem to be something related to the Server.
I recommend attempting to connect using the Game Port directly through the Game-search options

Unfortunately, for Valheim, it is necessary to access the Server directly from the game, at least, for the time being.
Please refer to support if you've noticed that your Game Server is not displaying the current players in-session.

In the launch options of valheim (right click on the game in Steam / properties) :
It automatically connects you to the server when the game is launched.
However, you will have to select your character. To avoid entering the password, use Valheim+ which allows you to deactivate it (whitelist players).
