For clients, please right click Eco, go to Properties -> Betas and select 9.3.1 from the list. Do NOT upgrade your servers.
I will get you more information, when we have more.
For those that get the wrong build with 9.3.1, please quit Steam and restart it.
For servers that have already been updated, please try to update again, it will reset you to the former state. You should not get a migration failure.
