I'm new to creating a server so please forgive. I'm looking for the file that has the points per lvl, boat reverse speed etc so I can make changes. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Well, I know you can in the JSON. But it appears over time of atlas being released another easier way exists.

As for the reverse speed you may have to google that, or perhaps someone else in the community has changed that.
