Government Subsidy mod not working after editing the subsidy.xml

I want to use this mod but I do not 100k every hour, I open the subsidy.xml change the values that I want and put the file back into the zip file and I do the same for the server I run. Now when I try to join it says I'm missing the subsidy mod. Anyone have a idea how to get it to work?

Update: Ok the mod works actually but the issue I have regarding server mismatch after editing the mod for lower income still occurs. I have the same mod in mod folder on my computer as I do in the server mod folder. The server says I do not have the mod installed.

We created a Support Ticket to continue assisting on this situation. As the Server Mismatch might be something we need to take care in Support or, at least, take a further look. If we determine a general fix, it will be posted as a reply as a future reference.
