    As long as you are paying for the server, your data will be there. Once you stop paying, the server goes for a certain amount of time into standby (i think it's 7 days). During this time you can reactivate the server and continue where you left. If you decide not to pay, your server will be deleted after the standby time.

    Important: Mods here in the forum do not have access to your services. If we advise you to contact the support, you have to create a ticket or call them. There is nothing we can do.
