I attempted to add a new ident, hoping that it would cause the service to initiate because when i first puchased it, it had no ip/host name. I attempted to put in a support ticket but the support ticket submission also failed. Was wondering if i could get some help resolving the irc bouncer problem. I have no address so i have nothing to configure irc to connect to.
